Customer Success Manager Lead at Ask-AI

Shelly Gross has a diverse work experience in the field of customer success and project management. Shelly began their career at SO&Co. Event Management, where they served as a Project Manager from June 2016 to July 2018 and then from August 2018 to April 2019.

In 2019, they joined monday.com as a Customer Success Manager and held the position until June 2020. Shelly then progressed to become a Partner Success Manager from June 2020 to August 2021. From August 2021 to February 2022, they took on the role of Senior Partner Success Manager. Finally, they became the Partner Success Team Lead in January 2022 and remained in that position until October 2023.

Currently, Shelly is the Customer Success Manager Lead at Ask-AI, starting in October 2023.

Shelly Gross attended Reichman University from 2016 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics & Business.
