Markus Kotzur has extensive work experience in the field of HR. Markus currently holds the position of Head of HR APAC at ASK Chemicals. Prior to this, they served as an Interim HR Manager and Interim Head of HR EMEA at the same company. Additionally, they are the Managing Owner of mk hr consulting GmbH.
Kotzur has also worked as a Consultant & Trainer at schüler + hauer. Markus previously owned their own consulting company, mk hr consulting, where they served as the Owner until 2013.

Kotzur's earlier experiences include serving as an HR Manager CSS - GALP at STANLEY Security and HR Director Germany at Wolters Kluwer.
Markus Kotzur completed their Bachelor's degree in Business and Administration from the Academy of Administration and Economics (VWA) Bochum in 2002. Markus then pursued further education and obtained a Diplom-Kaufmann (equivalent to a Master's degree) in Business and Administration from Hochschule Harz between 2005 and 2007. Later on, they enrolled in Euro-FH Europäische Fernhochschule Hamburg and completed a Master of Arts degree in Business Coaching & Change Management from 2013 to 2017.
