Martin Schütt has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Martin is currently the Co-founder and Managing Partner at Askeladden & Co, where they focus on developing, financing, and scaling businesses that simplify the lives of customers and employees through technology. Martin is also the Co-founder and Chairperson of Dr.Dropin, Norway's largest primary care chain, offering a wide range of medical services. Martin is the Co-founder and Board member of Rebil, a platform for buying and financing used cars with ease.

Additionally, they serve as an Investor and Advisor for Cutters, a hair salon chain, and CHOOOSE, an organization focused on climate change. Martin co-founded Squeeze Massasje, a platform for affordable and regular massages, and Olio, a chain of body refresh bars. Martin has also worked as a Mentor/Advisor for Katapult Ocean, a startup accelerator.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Martin worked at McKinsey & Company as a Jr. Engagement Manager/Associate, specializing in digital, marketing, and sales within various industries. Martin also co-founded Towning App, an unsuccessful app that aimed to facilitate meeting up with people while going out.

Martin Schütt has a strong educational background in business and finance. In 2008, they enrolled at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) to pursue their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), which they completed in 2011. During this time, they also participated in the Norwegian Entrepreneurship Programme at the University of Oslo (UiO) in 2011. In the same year, Martin attended the National University of Singapore, where they obtained a minor degree in Innovation, entrepreneurship & technology. Martin furthered their education at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), completing their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Finance from 2011 to 2013.
