Our founders come with over two decades of experience across Executive Search, Research & Analytics, Marketing, Business Management and Media Planning. With extensive industry experience, there was a mutual belief that organizations and people could be served better - and that we could play a more meaningful role in their continued success. Being a startup gave our direction & strategy more independence, and made our our approach more agile and our execution nimble. So we set out to build Nautilus from ground-up to deliver stronger outcomes - by thoughtfully designing methodology, processes & solutions - offering greater depth, quality, turnaround, flexibility & value for our clients. All our four business units operate as independent business entities, offering bespoke & curated solutions to select clients. This separation of our business units ensures focused execution, high impact and better quality. But we also strive to exploit the synergy within these business units for our Key Accounts, where we offer bundled solutions, with better value & flexibility.
