Mara Cappozzo

Mara Cappozzo is an experienced HR professional, currently serving as an HRBP & Organizational Design specialist at Askoll since March 2023. Prior to this role, Mara held the position of HR Manager at Peserico from January 2019 to February 2023 and worked as an HR Generalist at Magneti Marelli from October 2015 to January 2019, where support was provided to the HR Manager in various personnel management processes. Earlier experience includes a role in the legal affairs department at BT Italia, managing both judicial and extrajudicial disputes, and a traineeship at Martinelli & Bianchin Avvocati Associati, focusing on civil law matters.
