Michael Fleischer

Michael Fleischer has extensive work experience as an attorney in various financial institutions. Michael was the Head of Legal at ASL CAPITAL MARKETS INC from 2022. Prior to that, they worked at BNY Mellon as an Attorney from 2018 to 2022, at UBS from 2010 to 2018, at JPMorgan Chase from 2008 to 2010, and at Bear Stearns from 2002 to 2008. Before entering the financial sector, they were an Attorney at Clifford Chance US LLP from 1996 to 2002.

Michael Fleischer received an AB degree in Economics and Computer Science from Brown University in 1991. Michael later obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Columbia Law School in 1996.
