Amy Huggins, CMP, CTA has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Amy started their career at Rich's, Lazarus, Goldsmith (Macy's) as a Sales Manager from 1997 to 2000. Amy then joined SMG/Greater Columbus Convention Center, where they served as an Event Services Manager from 2000 to 2013 and later as a Quality Control Services Manager from 2013 to 2018. In 2015, they became an Independent Consultant at Rodan + Fields. Currently, they are the Director of Culture & Training at Official ASM Global, a position they have held since 2019.

Amy Huggins, CMP, CTA obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing from the University of Dayton, which they attended from 1992 to 1996. In 1995, they also studied International Business at the University of Augsburg for a short period. Prior to their university education, they attended Roncalli from 1989 to 1992, but it is unclear if they obtained a degree or field of study from this institution.

In terms of additional certifications, Amy Huggins earned the title of Certified Meeting Professional from the Events Industry Council in October 2008. Additionally, they became a Certified Tourism Ambassador in June 2013, although the institution from which they obtained this certification is unknown.
