Kasandra Cook has a diverse background in human resources, with experience spanning multiple industries. Kasandra began their career in 1996 as an HR/Office Administrator at Crabbe, Brown & James, where they provided administrative support and handled HR responsibilities. In 2001, they became a Human Resource Generalist at Rodenstock North America, where they focused on various HR functions.

In 2003, Kasandra joined Vertis Inc as a Human Resource/Safety Director, overseeing both HR and safety initiatives. Kasandra then moved on to American Signature in 2006, where they served as a Sr. HRIS Analyst/Budget and Compensation specialist. In this role, they implemented compensation programs and managed the design and administration of competitive benefits.

Starting in 2010, Kasandra worked at Convey Health Solutions as a Manager, Human Resources. Here, they developed and maintained relationships with business partners and implemented strategic recruitment and retention methods.

Most recently, Kasandra joined Official ASM Global in 2013 as part of the Human Resources team. Their responsibilities included ensuring compliance with legal requirements, managing talent and organizational change, and aligning HR strategy with overall business goals.
