Maylene Rodriguez has a work experience spanning over 15 years in event management and security. Maylene started their career in 2006 as an Events & Security Manager at SMG | Worldwide Entertainment & Convention Venue Management, where they worked until October 2021. In October 2021, they joined Official ASM Global as the Director of Events, where they currently hold the position.

Maylene Rodriguez completed their Bachelor's degree in Meeting and Event Planning from the Universidad Del Este International School of Tourism and Hospitality Management. Maylene attended the institution from 2002 to 2007.
