Rob Kurz

Rob Kurz has a diverse work experience. Rob started their career as a Proprietor at Robert Kurz General Construction CSLB B-939267 in 2008 and worked there until 2011. Rob then joined SMG | Worldwide Entertainment & Convention Venue Management as a Stationary Engineer from September 2011 to September 2012. In 2012, they joined AEG as a Stationary Engineer and later became the Chief Engineer from June 2019 to October 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Engineer at Official ASM Global since October 2019.

Rob Kurz completed their education at Stationary Engineers Joint Apprenticeship Local 39 from 2011 to 2015, where they earned their Journeyman Engineer degree in Facilities Management. In addition to their degree, Rob obtained various certifications including OSHA 30 Hour Outreach Program- General Industry from OSHA in June 2018, Universal Refrigerant Certification from Local 39 EPA approved in November 2014, Fire Safety Director from the San Francisco Fire Department/Local 39 in May 2015, and Fire Pump Test Certificate from the California State Fire Marshall in November 2016. Rob also has additional certifications as an Aviation Ground Support Technician from the US Navy, and in NFPA 70E High voltage and NFPA 70E Low voltage from NFPA.
