Sophie Merchant

Sophie Merchant has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Sophie joined ASM Global - Official in 2020 as a Legal Counsel and later transitioned to the role of Senior Legal Counsel in August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Womble Bond Dickinson (UK) LLP from 2015 to 2020, starting as a Solicitor and then becoming an Associate. In 2015, Sophie also worked as a Company Solicitor (Secondee) at Arriva Group. Their legal career began at Bond Dickinson LLP in 2013, where they worked as a Trainee Solicitor until 2015. Before entering the legal field, Sophie worked as a Bookings Manager at Shine Model Management from 2010 to 2010.

Sophie Merchant completed their education in a chronological manner. In 2006, they attended Griffith University and completed a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Business degree. Sophie then pursued their legal education at BPP Law School, where they obtained a Graduate Diploma of Law from 2010 to 2011. In 2012, they furthered their legal studies at BPP Law School by completing a Legal Practice Course.
