Samantha Johnson

Samantha Johnson is an experienced Customer Success Manager at ASM Group Inc. since May 2022, following a role as a Customer Success Specialist. Prior to this, Samantha worked at Concord as a Talent Services Advocate and Recruiter Specialist from September 2019 to May 2022. Samantha's career began at ASM Group Inc. in January 2013 as an Assistant Account Manager, where responsibilities included customer onboarding, shipment status management, and financial confirmations. Earlier experience includes a position as a Pro Shop Assistant at Medina Golf and Country Club in summer 2012, focusing on inventory control and customer service. Samantha holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Minnesota Duluth (2015-2019) and graduated from Buffalo High School in 2015.
