Andreas Langner

Andreas Langner is a seasoned leader in optical engineering and technology development, currently serving as Managing Director and Member of the Board at ASM Microchemistry Oy and Corporate Director, R&D at ASM. With extensive experience at Microsoft, Andreas led a large organization focused on advanced photonic technologies and measurement systems for Mixed Reality, contributing to significant projects including the HoloLens. Previous roles include research positions in prestigious institutions such as VTT and the Paul Scherrer Institute, and engineering roles at ASML and Max Planck Institute. Andreas holds an M.Sc. and a Ph.D. in Physics and continues to pursue education in the field at the Technical University of Dresden.
