Darshan Shah

Darshan Shah is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality and operations management, currently serving as Vice President Global Quality at ASM since January 2024. Prior to this role, Darshan held various senior positions at Medtronic from August 2009 to January 2024, including VP of Global Operations Quality for Electronic Technologies and China, and VP Global Quality for General Surgery and the Market Access Network. Darshan's career at Medtronic also featured roles such as Site Leader, Quality Director, and Supply Chain Manager. Earlier experience includes a Supply Chain Project Manager position in a leadership development rotation at Medtronic and an internship as a Process Engineer at Shell Solar. Darshan holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from California State University, Northridge, and an Engineer's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
