Fei Wang

Fei Wang is a highly experienced Senior Technical Manager at ASM, specializing in EPI process and tool qualification since October 2016. Previous roles at ASM include Technical Program Manager, overseeing epitaxy business penetration and new product introduction, and Manager of Process Development, where Fei managed the pre-clean process team and positioned ASM's product line for high selectivity applications. Earlier experience at the University of Wisconsin-Madison includes serving as a Postdoctoral Research Associate, where Fei developed the "ionic layer epitaxy" platform, and roles as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant, focusing on semiconductor nanomaterials and innovative strategies for synthesizing two-dimensional materials. Fei holds a Ph.D. in Materials Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Peking University.
