Jeroen Seligmann

Jeroen Seligmann is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as the Editor for Bedrijfsjuridische Berichten since May 2017, a magazine tailored for in-house counsels in the Netherlands. As VP and Group General Counsel at ASM International N.V. since July 2015, Jeroen leads legal affairs for the organization. Jeroen served on the board of the Nederlands Genootschap van Bedrijfsjuristen from March 2017 to May 2023, contributing to a pivotal association for in-house counsel with over 1,800 members. Previous roles include Deputy General Counsel at Philips Consumer Lifestyle B.V. and positions at various Philips divisions, as well as NXP Semiconductors. Jeroen holds a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Amsterdam and has furthered legal education at The Wharton School and the University of Cologne.
