Michele McCormick

Michele McCormick currently serves as VP & Associate General Counsel for Group Benefits and FullscopeRMS at Sun Life, a position held since December 2017, and also holds the title of General Counsel at FullscopeRMS. Prior to Sun Life, Michele McCormick spent 25 years at Liberty Mutual Insurance, advancing through various roles, including VP & Manager of Liberty Mutual Benefits Claims Operation, responsible for managing nationwide claims offices focused on short-term and long-term disability benefits. Additional roles at Liberty Mutual included AVP, Senior Corporate Counsel for US Regulatory Actions, and Senior Corporate Counsel in different capacities overseeing compliance, litigation, and corporate legal operations. Michele McCormick holds a JD from New England Law | Boston and a BA in Political Science from Le Moyne College.
