Jordan Smith

Jordan Smith is an experienced Program Manager specializing in Talent, Leadership, and Culture at ASM since December 2021, where responsibilities include designing and implementing HR platforms and strategic talent initiatives focused on early career talent acquisition and onboarding. Previously, Jordan served as the Talent Acquisition Program Manager for the Americas at ASM, developing the University Relations program and enhancing talent pipelines.
