Lee Donohue

Lee Donohue is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in surface technology and materials science. Currently serving as Corporate Director for Surface Technology at ASM since January 2021, Lee has previously held significant roles, including Head of Materials & Chemical Processes at Corning Incorporated and Vice President of Technology for Precision Coatings at Materion Corporation. With a career that began as an Advanced Coating Technologist at Rolls-Royce, Lee has built expertise across various sectors, including advanced technology coordination, research and development, and global business management. Lee holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science & Plasma Physics and a BSc (Hons) in Engineering Physics, both from Sheffield Hallam University.
