Martin Smits

Martin Smits is a Senior Mechanical Engineer in Process Application Development at ASM, a position held since August 2017, after previously serving as a Senior Equipment Engineer in the same department. Prior experience includes an R&D Engineer role at Pall Life Sciences and a Senior Equipment Engineer position at Levitech BV. Earlier in the career, Martin worked at ASM Belgium as an Equipment Engineer and Sustaining Engineer, and began as a CNC Frezer at KMWE. Martin holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, alongside studies in Physics and Mathematics at Fontys University of Applied Sciences, and a focus on Werktuigbouwkunde and Fijnmechanische techniek from Technisch Lyceum Eindhoven.
