Shujin Daisy Huang

Shujin Daisy Huang is a Manager of Mechanical Engineering at ASM, where responsibilities have included critical component R&D resulting in two patents pending approval. Key contributions include analyzing wafer-level defects and qualifying pyrometer temperature monitoring for process control, as well as leading system improvement projects that focus on testing and troubleshooting to prevent tool downtime.
