Stephen Abate

Stephen Abate is an experienced leader in service and operations management, currently serving as Director of Service and Spares at ASM since July 2021 and National Service Operations Manager at Busch Vacuum Pumps and Systems since January 2020. With a strong background in enhancing team communication and process improvement, Stephen has successfully driven organizational growth through effective management strategies. Previously, as CEO/President of College HUNKS Hauling Junk & Moving, Stephen achieved significant financial performance, evidenced by a 10% month-over-month growth and a remarkable NPS rating of 90 in the first year. Stephen's extensive tenure at Edwards Vacuum, from 1994 to 2018, encompassed various leadership roles, culminating in Vice President of Service, where initiatives led to substantial increases in customer satisfaction and profitability. Stephen holds an MBA from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Northeastern University.
