Simone Piacentini

Simone Piacentini has held various roles in the field of optics engineering since 2017. In that year, they worked as a Master Thesis Student at the Politecnico di Milano. Simone then moved to the Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche as a Research Fellow in 2018, and also worked as an External Consultant for the Mondadori Group that same year. In 2021, they were a Visiting Research Fellow at the University of Vienna, and they are currently a PhD Student at Politecnico di Milano. In 2022, they will begin work as a Postdoctoral Researcher at CNR IFN and an Integrated Optics Engineer at Quandela.

Simone Piacentini's education history includes a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD from Politecnico di Milano, which they obtained between 2018 and 2022 in the field of Physics.
