Yung-Men Teng

Yung-Men Teng is an accomplished professional in the semiconductor industry with extensive experience in epitaxy processes. Currently serving as EPI Product Manager at ASM since October 2016, Yung-Men successfully integrated the ASM Intrepid CVD EPI tool into TSMC's N5/N7 production lines. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Process Support Engineer at Applied Materials Taiwan, where Yung-Men collaborated closely with TSMC to optimize processes from N28 to N10 and gained expertise in advanced materials such as strained Silicon and SiGe. Earlier, Yung-Men held various engineering positions at Applied Materials and served as a Special Assistant to the General Manager at 艾因股份有限公司, providing liaison services between R&D and sales while overseeing testing of nano-enzyme projects. Yung-Men Teng holds a Master’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering from National Central University and a Bachelor’s degree in the same field from National Dong Hwa University.
