Abdulrahim El Mohamad is an experienced Autonomous Driving Engineer currently employed at Oxa, specializing in the development and deployment of C++ algorithms for autonomous vehicles. In addition to engineering work, Abdulrahim holds several leadership roles at the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), serving as the Co-Lead for Content Creation, Student Regional Chair for the Middle East and Africa, and Social Media Manager for the region. Prior engineering roles include positions at VEDECOM and Valeo where significant contributions were made in sensor fusion algorithms and vehicle safety standards. As a co-founder of GLOVI, an automated biomedical machine aimed at preventing surgical glove infections, and Hemmat Chabab, a non-profit organization, Abdulrahim has demonstrated a commitment to innovation and community service.
