Kathleen Kosmoski serves as the Manager of Workforce Development at ASME (The American Society of Mechanical Engineers) since January 2022, where responsibilities include implementing strategic plans, coordinating with industry partners, identifying funding opportunities, and ensuring program alignment with workforce needs. Previously, Kathleen held leadership positions at Ogeechee Technical College from January 2008 to December 2021, including Director for Business & Industry Training, where the focus was on developing workforce training programs, and Director of Resource Development, involved in fundraising and managing the College’s alumni association. Earlier experience as Executive Director at the American Red Cross of Augusta from June 2005 to December 2007 involved overseeing operations and community engagement. Kathleen holds a Master’s degree in Health Promotion from Purdue University, earned between 1996 and 1998, and a Bachelor’s degree from Purdue University from 1989 to 1993.
