Mandi Bergenfeld

Mandi Bergenfeld is an accomplished professional in enterprise technology training and support, currently serving as Global Enterprise Technology Trainer & Support Manager at ASME since January 2013. In this role, Mandi has led the implementation of ServiceNow for helpdesk management, focusing on ITIL and business process improvement while acting as an international liaison for multiple offices. Additionally, Mandi has managed Zoom account onboarding and configuration, ensuring effective communication tools are in place. Prior to ASME, Mandi owned Twin Computer Training, Inc. for over two decades and worked at Andersen Consulting, where responsibilities included designing mainframe systems and training end-users. Mandi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems and Marketing from the University at Albany.
