Mercy Vasquez

Mercy Vasquez currently serves as the Manager of Administration for the Administrative Support Group at ASME, where responsibilities include managing and mentoring a team of Customer Support Administrators to support over 11,000 customers in obtaining certification and accreditation. In this role since March 2018, Mercy Vasquez focuses on continuous process improvement to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. Prior to ASME, Mercy Vasquez worked at Univision Communications Inc. from August 2000 to December 2017 as an Executive Assistant, supporting multiple executives and managing complex calendars during a significant company restructure. Mercy Vasquez holds an education in Fashion Industries from CUNY Bronx Community College.
