Ravi Annapragada

Ravi Annapragada serves as the Director of Global Product Sustainability at Carrier since December 2022, where responsibilities include defining the sustainable innovation strategy, managing product sustainability metrics, and ensuring compliance with EPA regulations. Ravi also contributes as an Industry Advisory Board Member for the Mechanical Engineering Department at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and as a Secretary/Treasurer for the Heat Transfer Division of ASME. Previously, Ravi held significant roles at Carrier HVAC, leading innovation strategies for disruptive HVAC&R technologies, and at United Technologies Research Center, focusing on advancing non-traditional heat pumping technologies. Academic credentials include a PhD and Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, coupled with a Bachelor's degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and a management certificate from Stanford University.
