Susan Ipri-Brown

Susan Ipri-Brown is a Strategic Partnership Specialist at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) since September 2023 and serves as the ASME President for 2024-2025 while also being a member of the Board of Governors at ASME. Ipri-Brown's extensive experience includes roles such as Associate Professor and Associate Dean at Hope College, where contributions included directing the ExploreHope Academic Outreach program, and being a member of the Board of Trustees at Holland Museum. Additionally, Ipri-Brown held various leadership positions at ASME including Vice President for Global Outreach and Government Relations, and served as Associate Director in the Office of STEM Education Partnerships at Northwestern University. Ipri-Brown's earlier career includes technical writing and editing, teaching, and licensing at Delphi Automotive Systems. Ipri-Brown holds a BSE from Princeton University and an ME from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
