Alex Frenzel

Alex Frenzel is a scientist at ASML, specializing in EUV Source Research and debris management architecture. They previously held positions as a principal researcher, senior technology specialist, and senior researcher at ASML from 2020 to 2023. Alex also contributed to academia as a teaching fellow and graduate student researcher at Harvard University, where they earned both a Ph.D. and a Master's in Physics. Their early research experiences include working as an undergraduate research assistant at UC San Diego and a postdoctoral scholar at the same institution, where they developed advanced optical microscopy techniques.
