Claudia Sipkes

Claudia Sipkes has extensive experience in various roles across the retail and logistics sectors. Currently serving as a Data Screener MDM and managing logistics at ASML since February 2018, Claudia also owns Market2Match established in 2011. Prior roles include Customer Service Team Leader and Duty Manager at TK Maxx, where responsibilities included coaching associates and overseeing store operations. Additionally, Claudia worked as a Sales Advisor at Tommy Hilfiger, focusing on customer satisfaction and sales efficiency. Previous positions include ownership of MeltCompany, Oriflame Manager, and diverse roles such as Hostess for Promotion Partners. Starting in office management with The Dreamcatcher, Claudia has developed a strong skill set in logistics, customer service, and team leadership, complemented by a background in theatre arts from Utica High School.
