Dale H. is an accomplished Hardware Engineering Manager and Systems Engineer Lead with over 10 years of experience in product development, focusing on high precision opto-mechanical design, cross-functional team management, and risk mitigation. Currently, Dale serves as the Department Manager of Development and Engineering e-Beam Platform at ASML, previously holding roles at KLA, Arx Pax, and Applied Materials, where they contributed significantly to product innovations and won a Team Excellence Award.
