Frank van Stiphout

Frank van Stiphout is currently the MDO/Team Lead for ML Tools at ASML, where they oversee project deliverables and lead a team of engineers. With over 20 years of management experience in the technical commercial sector, they have demonstrated strong people management skills and project management capabilities. Previously, Frank held various commercial and managerial positions at significant organizations including IPS Technology and TSG Group, where they successfully grew revenues and managed multiple business units. They also have a background in defense, having served as a member of the national air force hockey team during their service with the Ministry of Defense. Frank is pursuing further education in Mechanical Engineering at multiple institutions, enhancing their technical knowledge in the high-tech industry.
