Guusje Kuijsten

Guusje Kuijsten is an experienced Agile Consultant at Prowareness since February 2022, currently working with Fontys Hogescholen as an Agile Coach. Prior to this role, Guusje served as a Scrum Master for Argenta and has extensive experience in HR functions, having worked as an HR Advisor and HR Business Partner at various organizations including ONLY Nederland and Manutan Nederland. Additionally, Guusje has a strong background in facilitating Agile transformations, having coached multiple teams during a tenure at Dolphiq BV. Guusje's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Fontys University of Applied Sciences, and further studies in Applied Psychology and Business Administration.
