Jeffrey G. Tait

Jeffrey G. Tait is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in product ownership and development within the semiconductor and renewable energy sectors. Currently serving as Chief Product Owner at ASML since May 2016, Jeffrey leads multi-disciplinary teams to drive product value and has held various roles, including Project Lead and Project Coordinator, focusing on photolithography equipment improvements. Prior to ASML, Jeffrey worked at IMEC as a Process Development Engineer and PhD researcher, achieving significant advancements in thin film solar cells and OLED technologies while managing multiple projects and mentoring research assistants. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from KU Leuven and a BSc in Engineering Physics from the University of Alberta, complemented by a track record of publications, presentations, and innovative contributions in both research and industry settings.
