João Correia

João Correia has extensive experience in engineering and management, particularly in the fields of industrialization and product development. Currently serving as the D&E Source Laser Product Owner at ASML, João leads multiple teams focused on the design and development of advanced technology systems. Previous roles at ASML include team leadership in industrialization and integration, as well as project management of critical deliverables in phase capture analysis. Prior to ASML, João held various engineering and management positions at Bosch, where responsibilities included production planning, process optimization, and industrializing new production lines. João holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Universidade de Aveiro, complemented by a post-graduation in Lean Manufacturing from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
