Marco Oude Nijhuis

Marco Oude Nijhuis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the field of mechanical engineering, currently serving as a Functional Architect for Measurement Systems at ASML since June 2005. Expertise includes the design and integration of sub-nanometer measurement systems, active vibration isolation systems, and projection optics modules. Previous roles at ASML encompass System Dynamics Architect and System Dynamics Engineer, focusing on the dynamical performance qualification of lithography tools. Prior to ASML, Marco held positions as a Postdoctoral Researcher and Research Assistant at the University of Twente, where research centered on tyre-road noise and active structural acoustic control systems.
