Moataz Eltahan

Moataz Eltahan is a Design Engineer at ASML, a position held since May 2022. Prior to this, Moataz worked as a Senior Software Development Engineer at Siemens EDA for a brief period following Siemens' acquisition of Mentor Graphics. At Mentor Graphics, from October 2017 to April 2022, Moataz served as a Hardware Modeling Engineer, focusing on virtual model design and development for embedded platforms using C++, SystemC, and Mentor Graphics VISTA tool. Moataz also completed an internship as a Hardware Modeling Engineer and undertook a Digital Design Internship at The American University in Cairo, where research centered around hardware emulators. Earlier experience includes serving as a Student Ambassador at National Instruments, providing sessions on LabVIEW. Moataz holds a Master of Science in Computer Software Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering, both from Cairo University.
