Nynke Adema

Nynke Adema is a senior HR project management lead at ASML since July 2019, currently focused on people strategy and culture and organizational design capability. Nynke has held various roles, including project lead for HRIS WorkDay implementation, leadership development programs, and performance management. Prior to ASML, Nynke worked at Océ - A Canon Company as a compensation and benefits specialist, managing global job framework programs, and as a recruitment business partner, managing talent acquisition initiatives. Nynke began a career in recruitment at Océ Technologies B.V. and PolyTalent Opleidings -& Personeelsprojecten, specializing in talent selection across various sectors. Nynke holds a Master’s degree in HR Studies from Tilburg University.
