Roy van Hugten

Roy van Hugten is currently the Head of Reverse Supply Chain Operations at ASML, a role they have held since 2022. They previously participated in an intensive fast track talent program at ASML from 2017 to 2018, focusing on leadership and project management. Roy has also held various positions, including Manager Service Inventory Management and Tactical Tool Planning Analyst at ASML, as well as roles in production and engineering at several other companies. They earned a Master’s degree in Operations Management and Logistics from Eindhoven University of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, graduating Cum Laude from Fontys University of Applied Science.
