Tanja Gurzhiy

Tanja Gurzhiy has extensive experience in software engineering and project leadership, currently serving as Group Lead and SAFe 4 Certified Scrum Master at ASML since April 2018. Prior to this role, Tanja held various positions at ASML from 2006 to 2018, including Team Leader for the Pioneer project and Delivery team, as well as SW Designer and Senior SW Engineer. Tanja's early career included a role as a SW Engineer for the LACE project at TOPIC Embedded Systems. Tanja's academic background includes a Professional Doctorate in Engineering in Software Technology from Eindhoven University of Technology and a Master of Science in Computer Science and Communications Engineering from Gerhard-Mercator University of Duisburg, complemented by a Master's degree in Computer Science from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'. Tanja participated in collaborative projects involving industry partners such as ASML, Philips, and Océ Technologies BV.
