Yongxin Wang

Yongxin Wang is an experienced electrical engineer and expert in semiconductor device design, currently serving as the head of the EE research group at ASML since November 2016. In this role, Yongxin Wang leads high-performance customized semiconductor projects, focusing on analog and mixed signal ASIC design. Prior to ASML, Yongxin Wang worked at Hermes Microvision Inc. as a senior staff electrical engineer, where significant advancements were made in the design of E-beam inspection tools. Yongxin Wang's career began with roles at Virginia Tech and Tsinghua University, where innovative signal processing methods and electronic components were developed. Yongxin Wang holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech, a Master's degree in Optical Engineering, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, both from Tsinghua University.
