Eric Spiertz

Eric Spiertz is an experienced finance professional, currently serving as Directeur Financial Markets & Treasury at ASN Bank since July 2025. Previously, Eric held the position of Hub Lead Financial Markets & Treasury at de Volksbank from September 2023 to June 2025. Eric's extensive career at ING spanned 25 years, where Eric advanced through various roles including Global Head of Treasury & Capital Management Risk and Head of Market Risk Management and Product Control Netherlands, among others. Additionally, Eric was a Board member and Director at ING Americas Issuance B.V. from July 2016 to November 2018. Eric holds a Masterclass in Strategic Foresight from Nyenrode Business University, completed in December 2023, and a Master of Science in Quantitative Finance from Tilburg University, obtained in 1998.
