Hans van der Ven has extensive experience in customer service management across various sectors, including banking and energy. Currently serving as Kwartiermaker Klantenservice at ASN Bank since January 2025, Hans is leading the integration of contact centers for ASN, BLG, and SNS into a new, cost-efficient customer contact center. Prior roles include Directeur klantenservice & klantcontact operations at SNS Bank, where responsibilities included oversight of multiple customer service departments and direct management of nine managers. Hans has also managed customer service operations at Enexis B.V., Achmea, and other organizations, consistently achieving high customer and employee satisfaction. Hans holds a degree from Leiden University and has completed additional management training at Krauthammer and the IBO Qualified Business School.
