Dr. Essa Alessa

Dr. Essa AlEssa has a strong background in dentistry and healthcare management. Dr. Essa started their career at Amiri Hospital - Dental Center as a Registrar - Dentist from February 2003 to January 2006. Dr. Essa then moved on to Bayan Dental Center where they served as the General Manager, responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, managing revenue and costs, overseeing marketing and sales functions, and day-to-day operations from January 2006 to March 2008. Following that, Dr. Essa AlEssa joined Asnan Clinic - Dental Center as the Managing Director, where they focused on developing and implementing the strategic plan, managing financial aspects, and overseeing marketing and sales from March 2008 to April 2012. Currently, Dr. Essa AlEssa is the CEO of Asnan Tower, leading the team efforts in setting, implementing, and updating the mission, vision, values, and strategy of the company, along with building culture and leading the senior management team.

Dr. Essa AlEssa's education history is as follows:

From 1998 to 2002, Dr. AlEssa attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, where they earned a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree in Dentistry.

In 2004, Dr. AlEssa enrolled at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and completed their Master of General Dental Surgery (MGDS) degree in Dentistry in 2008.

In 2003, as a part of their studies at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, Dr. AlEssa also obtained a Master of Science (MFDS) degree in Dentistry from the same institution.

Prior to pursuing further education, Dr. AlEssa attended the University of Pittsburgh College of Art and Science from 1994 to 1998, where they earned another Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree in Dentistry.

In 2014, Dr. AlEssa attended Harvard Business School and completed the Owner/President Management - Executive Education program in Business Administration and Management, General in 2016.

Additionally, Dr. AlEssa obtained certification in the National Board Dental Examination - Part II from the American Dental Association in May 2002.
