Prior to this role, Ana Karina Quessep was the Executive Director at BPrO for a short period in August 2009 and held the position of Customer Service Manager at Comcel from February 2000 to March 2003. Earlier career experience includes serving as Regional Manager at HORIZONTE BBVA from 1994 to 1998. Academic credentials include a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Services from Universidad Externado de Colombia and a specialization in Marketing Management from EAFIT.
