Luis Arturo Baquero Franco

Luis Arturo Baquero Franco serves as Vice President for the Andean Region at Genesys since October 2014, driving the development and growth of the company's omnichannel CX software and transformation services across Central America, the Caribbean, Colombia, Ecuador, and Venezuela. In addition to this role, Luis is a member of the board of directors for Asociación Colombiana de BPO and ACDECC, and co-founder of CF Capital, focusing on angel investment and SME consulting. Previous positions include Global Account Manager at Telmex, Integral Management Units Manager at Claro Colombia, and various leadership roles at Telmex, contributing to significant sales growth and client relationship management. Luis holds a Master in Executive Coaching and Leadership from OBS Business School and has completed multiple executive management programs.
