Santiago Jiménez

Santiago Jiménez has extensive work experience in various leadership positions. Santiago is currently serving as the Director Financiero / CFO at Asociación Española Contra el Cáncer (AECC) since May 2021. Previously, Santiago worked at Amadeus IT Group for many years, holding positions such as Director, Change Management & Business engagement - Finance Transformation Programs - Corp. Finance from April 2017 to November 2020 and Director, Head of Distribution Integration for Navitaire from April 2016 to March 2017. Santiago also served as the Director Sub-Saharan Africa for Amadeus from May 2010 to April 2016. Prior to that, they held various managerial and marketing roles within the company.

Santiago Jiménez's education history begins with obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Humberside University in the United Kingdom. This took place from 1991 to 1995, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Simultaneously, they also pursued a European Business Programme offered by the Chamber of Commerce & Industry in Madrid, earning a second BBA degree with the same field of study during the same time period.

In 1997, Santiago enrolled at IE Business School, completing an Executive MBA degree in Business Administration and Management, General in 1998. Following this, Santiago engaged in further professional development at Jerónimo Palacios & Associates, where they pursued a Lean Change Management certification until 2021.
