Additionally, Gabriel co-founded INPROTIN, focusing on sustainable insect-based protein development. As President of the Guatemala Exporters Association AGEXPORT, Gabriel champions economic growth through exports, emphasizing innovation and market diversification. Gabriel is also a Board Member at Empresarios por la Educación, advocating for educational reform in Guatemala. Previously, Gabriel founded AmigoLatino and held key roles at notable firms including E2open and Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Gabriel holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Business & Economics from Lehigh University.
